What is Heal Classroom?

Heal Classroom offers live and pre-recorded courses. The next course will be available live in March of 2025 (limited seating so please subscribe to reserve your ‘no-obligation’ space). The recorded version will be available by mid-year 2025.

The class is filled with people just like you; they are individuals seeking to understand how trauma functions in the body, brain, and mind, and they want to know how to address it.

Lucie is repeatedly told that she can turn complex scientific information into simple language which not only benefits her clients at Heal Psychotherapy, but it also assists her students here in the psychoeducational space.

Her courses are founded on basic neuroscience and on how to shift from embodied survival states (inauthentic self) toward embodied consciousness (authentic self).

Because of the nature of this content, many survivors of trauma join to deepen their own insights, as do clinicians. But please note that the Heal Classroom is an educational course, so if you are seeking psychotherapy-based groups, please visit healpsychotherapy.ca. Nevertheless, the classes are suitable for those who wish to deepen their insights on how to heal from trauma and shift into the authentic self.

The classes are all in real-time! You’ll be able to ask questions, connect with group members in class, and learn from an adept trauma professional, Lucie Ritchie.

All live classes have a cap of 10 people to support learning, peer connection, and integration of the material. So make sure to sign-up, and then you’ll have an opportunity to finalize your confirmation once the waitlist closes.
